business-successOur continual improvement process includes periodic client surveys.  Our recent survey covered Overall Satisfaction, Auditor Satisfaction, Needs Met, Auditor Knowledge.

We use the results to help improve our service to our clients.
Questions are scored 1-6.  1 being unsatisfactory to 6 outstanding.  5 is very good.

Below is the summary of our results:
  • Overall Office Avg: 5.7
  • Overall Auditor Avg: 5.6
  • Office highest rated question: 5.7 average – “Did the staff at ASR schedule your audit to meet your needs?”
  • Office lowest rated question: 5.5 average – “If you contacted to the office prior to your audit, was the staff at ASR readily available?”
  • Auditor highest rated question:  5.7 average – “Knowledge and application of the standard as it related to your system”
  • Auditor lowest rated question:  5.2 average – “Did your auditor submit the audit schedule at least 2 weeks prior to the audit?”
