ASR RAQ smallWe are proud to offer a synergistic “Partnership” Approach to registration by creating a “Three-Way Partnership” for a WIN-WIN-WIN  Relationship between our valued customers, seasoned auditors, and Worldwide Corporate office.

Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement drives our business and is the Reason behind ASR's Success:

"ASR is committed to providing and maintaining ethical, professional, and customer focused registration services which contribute to the improvement of our customer’s business practices"

We believe in quality standards and quality systems as tools to drive business improvement. ASR will provide comprehensive audits, not easy but fair and in the spirit of improvement.

Our auditors are hand selected from the best in the business. We only partner with credentialed, seasoned auditors with years of experience working in varied industries combined with years of auditing background. Our auditors “think” outside the checklist. They apply the standard to any business, adding value to our customers.

Customer Focused

Our staff and auditors view the registration process as a partnership. We have open communication and encourage our customers to talk with us. There are no fees for nonconformance review, answering telephone questions, travel time or non-value added services. We work hard to give responses within one business day, minimize travel expenses, and accommodate our customers scheduling needs. Our auditors are required to find at least one opportunity for improvement from their vast experience on every audit assisting our customers with the improvement of their business practices.

Our Results

ASR consistently rates “Very Good to Outstanding” on our Customer Evaluation Surveys and Follow-up Telephone Calls. During the last issue of “Rating the Registrars” Quality Digest ranked ASR among the leaders in overall Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction.
